What we install

Low voltage as a system, not a shopping list.

All services

Platforms we deploy

Cloud video, cloud voice, and locks that do not eat batteries.

We spec a short list of platforms we will still stand behind in year three — then we install the plant those platforms actually need.

Operations room with a video wall of camera feeds

Cloud video & door security

Cameras, doors, sensors, and alerts in one cloud console — no NVR closet to babysit.

  • Live view and recorded search from a phone or browser
  • Doors and cameras on the same event timeline
  • Lockdown, schedules, and remote credentialing
  • Edge analytics instead of a wall of false motion
Office desk with a VoIP phone, headset, and a laptop on a video meeting

Cloud voice & collaboration

Desk phones, mobile apps, video meetings, chat, and SMS on one cloud PBX.

  • Cloud PBX with auto-attendant and hunt groups
  • Desk sets, softphones, and analog gateways where needed
  • Video meetings, team chat, and business SMS
  • VLAN, PoE, and QoS so the calls do not clip
Smartphone held to a digital lock cylinder on a commercial door

Battery-free digital locking

Programmable cylinders that take power from the key or the phone — no batteries, no door wiring.

  • No batteries and no cable to the door
  • Phone, fob, or digital key credentials
  • Instant revoke instead of a cylinder swap
  • Audit trail on mechanical-looking hardware

Why NavCom

Five vendors and a punch list is not a system.

Doors that do not talk to cameras. Phones that die on a bad drop. A theater that looks finished until you open the rack. We design so the plant, the credential, and the picture share a plan.

One stack, one owner

Access, video, AV, cabling, POS, and voice are cheaper to own when they share a closet, a drawing, and a phone number.

Design-build, not bid-and-run

We would rather be early in the drawing than the low number on a bid tab that cannot be built.

The cheap camera is expensive

Retention, PoE, licensing, and service visits eat a low hardware quote. We price the system you will still like in year three.

Documented plants

Port maps, credentials, and as-builts. If we get hit by a truck, another tech should still be able to find port 24.

How a job runs

Survey to turnover.

  1. 01

    Walk the site

We look at doors, sightlines, closets, and how the building actually runs. Photos and a punchy survey beat a guess from a floor plan.

  2. 02

    Design the stack

One drawing for pathways, power, credentials, cameras, audio, and voice. Hardware is chosen for the job, not the brochure.

  3. 03

    Install clean

Labeled plant, torqued racks, tested drops. We do not leave a bird nest for the next person — including us.

  4. 04

    Commission & train

You get logins, a short operating brief, and a system that a manager can live with on a Tuesday, not just at turnover.

Photos of the closet, the door, or the room beat a ten-page RFP. If it is not a fit, we will say so.
